甲骨文 vps 节点最近总是断

这两天我的节点总是断，断了后过一会儿又恢复正常了。节点是甲骨文 Oracle 美西的机子，有两台。

断的时候，节点无法使用。但是：

• ip 都能 ping 通，域名 ping 不通。
• vps 搭载的网页打不开，ssh 连不上。

其他信息：

• 上海联通
• 常用节点的配置是 vless+vision+reality ，偷的是 icloud.cdn-apple.com 。断连的时候都是用的这个节点。
• 域名都是.top 结尾。

有说是 SNI 阻断，个人不太了解这方面，希望得到解答。
