搬瓦工现在这么烂了吗，避雷

前两天买了个 The Plan ，刚回国就发现 IP 被封了。



心想 19 个 DC 我切一个总行了吧，结果发现不管选哪个数据中心，都说迁移服务不可用，发工单，结果竟然说 ip 被 ban 根据 TOS 禁止迁移，即使按他们所说服务器完全正常。



然后想换 ip ，给了个链接直接让我再交钱，本来这个破 99 的就溢价严重了，还得另外交钱换 ip ，那我还是跑路吧。



结果发工单说退款，又搬出 TOS 说 ip 被 ban 禁止退款，WTF ，他们自己写的 30 天退款包括 ip 被 ban 还挂在谷歌搜索结果里呢。



只能说大家避雷吧，估计现在吹的都是推广了，这个服务商已经完全没有诚信了

搬瓦工这些年 aff 铺天盖地, 虽说切 IDC, 数据备份等这些服务的确不错, 但是这硬件实在太差了, 这几年价格也很贵

TOS 里说清楚的呀：
You may cancel service renewal at any time in the billing portal.

You may request a refund of your payments to us, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

Service for which you are requesting a refund was ordered 30 or fewer days ago;
Your account with us is in good standing (i.e. there are no overdue amounts owing) and there have been no violations of this ToS;
None of your payments to us have been previously or currently are disputed or charged back;
None of the IP addresses assigned to your VPS are on any blacklist or blocklist, and none of those IP addresses were previously replaced by us due to blacklisting;
The monthly data transfer usage on your VPS is under 10% of your monthly quota;
The number of refund requests under this or a different associated account is not exessive or abusive in nature.


TOS 里写了 IP 被封不能退呀。而且不管别人推不推，买之前先看 TOS 是个基本习惯，尤其是国外商家的产品。另外，如果你还是要用，可以静默放置一段时间，过后会放出来的。

最后，用瓦工比较考验姿势水平，他家 IP 端算是重点照顾的。

看了下在售产品列表页面，只有 SPECIAL 10G KVM PROMO V5 - LOS ANGELES - CN2 GIA LIMITED EDITION VPS 这一款标着 **Refundable within 30 days even if IP is blocked by GFW** 。但由于所有产品都在同一页，所以 Google 搜索结果搜什么产品都容易显示出这句话。

另外一个奇怪的现象是，如果使用 Firefox for Android 查看这个页面，有些产品的字体比另一些要大一点，但用桌面版 Firefox 检查元素暂没发现区别，用手机 Chrome 也没问题，不知道什么原因...

我一直还用 65 刀的日本大阪没切到便宜的套餐就是因为大阪这个是当时首批买的，ip 用到现在都没问题，没上过黑名单…换一个就真说不定了…

@snw 总之 the plan 页面已经下了，今年写没写已经无对证了，但看转发的那些资讯似乎是没写，只能说吃一堑长一智了，广告信不得，还是得把 TOS 丢给 GPT 审查一下
