PIPE17 Technical Support Engineer(Mainland China) Salary Range: 18k/m-24k/m Job Titile: Technical Support Engineer (Mainland China)
Responsibilities 1 、Perform troubleshooting and provide development assistance to Pipe17 customers 2 、Set up mappings with JavaScript in Pipe17 per customer requests 3 、Perform debugging in the code base to triage technical issues 4 、Perform check of escalated issues found by internal team members prior to advancing through proper channels 5 、Create and improve documentation to help users and partners help themselves 6 、Employ your problem solving skills to triage and fix bugs on our platform 7 、Improve the quality and efficiency of the solutions we deliver to our customers 8 、Find other opportunities to move the team, the org, and the company forward, such as contributing to building and maintaining internal tools, code review, mentoring 9 、Some on call responsibilities weekdays after hours and some weekends 10 、4+ hours overlap with PST time zone if remote （ which means in mainland China you will need to work from 4am to 1pm local time)
Basic Qualifications 1 、English language proficiency: native or fluent 2 、2+ year as a Software Engineer as a back-end or full-stack engineer, plus 2+ years of SaaS troubleshooting experience 3 、Proficient at JavaScript, rich experiences at node.js or python 4 、Experience working with Serverless technology in AWS (Lambda, SQS) 5 、Understanding of APIs and integration technologies used to create Pipe17 integrations 6 、Proficient in analyzing log files and standard debugging concepts using tools like Datadog and Postman 7 、Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and triage complex, code-related technical issues 8 、Basic experience in troubleshooting performance & network related issues 9 、Soft skills to interact with customers over phone, email, Zoom 10 、Ability to pick up on new technologies very quickly
Preferred Qualifications 1 、Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or technical field desirable 2 、Experience with creating technical articles 3 、Experience using GitHub to host code samples
