Job Description:
As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the architecture of our complex AI-driven platforms. You will work closely with our team of engineers and product managers to build scalable and robust systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code using Python. Openness to transitioning to other programming languages as required.
- Implement performance and quality modules to help scale our applications and integrate with other systems.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Lead integration of cloud services, focusing on Microsoft Azure, to ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Apply best practices in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to improve automation and productivity, including familiarity with DevOps concepts.
- Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in at least one other backend framework.
- Proven experience in cloud computing, especially with Microsoft Azure.
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Experience with GPU service deployment.
- Preferable to have an understanding of deploying and optimizing LLM frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
