最近快速徒手撸了一个 deepl 一样的翻译器

目前支持多达 100 多种语言，目前用的是 3.5turbo 的模型。因为免费，所以用不起更贵的模型。

deepl 现在使用的限制有点多，质量比 gpt-3.5 turbo 好一点点。下面是我用的 prompt ，欢迎各位提出更好的 prompt 。
