Senior Engineering Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager with a strong background in fintech, specifically experienced in developing high-frequency, low-latency trading systems. The successful candidate willlead the design and implementation of a state-of-the-art pricing and execution engine. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing dynamic engineering teams within the trading system domain.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead the development and deployment of a high-frequency, low-latency pricing and execution engine, ensuring it meets the specific requirements of robustness, performance, and scalability.
2.Guide, mentor, and manage a team of engineers (10+ staff) specializing in low-latency trading technologies. Members are located in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
3.Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to define and refine project specifications and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives in the trading sector.
4.Implement and maintain best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes, ensuring the reliability and security of the trading platform.
5.Oversee performance metrics and system optimization to ensure the trading engine operatesat peak efficiency.
6.Stay at the forefront of advancements in trading technology and propose integration of cutting-edge tools and practices.
7.Manage timelines, resources, and risk assessments associated with the project, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
8.Ensuring the security of data transmission and system access to protect sensitive financial information and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2.Extensive experience in software development leadership, particularly in building high-frequency, low-latency systems for financial markets.
3.Knowledge of network configurations, data transmission, and latency optimization is crucial for the development and maintenance of a low-latency trading system.
4.Understanding how distributed systems operate, including handling synchronization, data consistency, and fault tolerance, which are essential for maintaining the stability and scalability of trading platforms.
5.Deep understanding of trading algorithms, data structures, and real-time systems architecture.
6.Proven capability in leading technology teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
7.Exceptional problem-solving skills and proficiency in performance tuning and scalability engineering.
8.Knowledge of C++, C# or other performance-critical programming languages.
9.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders


技术团队华人为主，所以要求中英文流利。带领 10 人左右团队，开发语言是 C#，必须有交易系统开发经验。

可以 Relocation 来新加坡，有技术移民新加坡的机会。

薪资预算在月薪 up to 20k 新币（ 10 万人民币），特别优秀的还有上浮空间。
