国内网站接入 Cloudflare 服务，为什么网站打不开了

在 Cloudflare 上设置好 dns 服务后，过了一段时间 网站打不开了
是不是被墙了？

将 Cloudflare 使用 CDN 的域名的 SSL/TLS 加密模式为 完全（严格），手机端能打开了
但是用 curl -I 命令 HTTP/1.1 301 反馈

ping 和 nslookup -qt=ns 都显示正确配置了 clouuflare
就是 curl 显示 301

301 permanent redirect 应该是给你重定向到 https ？ curl 的时候指定 https 了吗
