大陆的 Azure openai 终于被彻底封了？

之前用的非认证企业邮箱申请的 Azure openai 服务，用了一段时间还是以为这个邮箱没有严格校验，早上收到邮件说服务终止。有其他老铁也有这种状况的吗？

目前还在正常使用，不知道是不是分批 ban ，之前拿学校信息注册的，不知道为啥订阅禁用了，提供了学生证和校卡给我解封了，还给我重置了试用，不知道还能爽多久。

账号是香港的
注册 openai 问卷是地址生成器的。
似乎还未收到邮件？
