Lead Development: Take ownership of building scalable and robust moderation systems addressing complex safety issues across global and China markets. Language Proficiency: 4+ years of experience communicating professionally in English, both written and verbal. Backend Expertise: 4+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale, highly available distributed backend services with modern microservice architectures. Product Delivery: Proven track record of building and shipping production-ready software for at least 4+ years. Codebase Collaboration: 4+ years of experience contributing to multi-developer codebases, including open-source or personal projects. Programming Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Golang, Python, or similar. Data Knowledge: Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL processes. Safety Systems Interest: A strong interest in Trust & Safety systems. Mindset: A growth-oriented attitude and eagerness to tackle complex problems. (Preferred) Experience in the Trust & Safety domain. (Preferred) Familiarity with frontend development using JavaScript or TypeScript. (Preferred) Experience applying AI solutions to real-world business challenges.
