I believe that this has been gone through many times, but I'd like to emphasize on it, copying and imitating are two different things. Copying on the initial development stage is fine, so long as no one knows about it, but retaining the exact same theme and bringing it to production even to the larger public? Sorry, but that's unacceptable.

All in all, if they can eventually evolve and develop their own style, it's still a good thing. But I hope they do so before reaching out to the public which they obviously did not.

I agree, but I don't think it's all their fault. If your market is in a walled environment where most of the consumer can't see what is out there. The safest way to success is copy what is already successful. After all, why reinvent the wheel? or fix something that's not broken?
