You will be responsible for building highly scalable multithreaded applications to gather, store, analyze and maintain massive datasets to improve user experience. The applications you build will help us to connect millions of enthusiasts around the world through their hobbies and passions.
· Perform large-scale data analysis and develop effective statistical models for segmentation, classification, optimization, etc.
· Through data analysis, finding the highest quality topics/discussion articles that match viewer’s passions
· Based on viewer's behavior and developed data models, finding the most relevant topics/discussions that match viewer's interest.
· Build data models that improve the connections between users and users' passions.
Job Requirement:
· MS or PhD degree in a quantitative discipline (applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field).
· 3+ years of experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (or equivalent)
· Strong programmer in at least one of the following script language - Python, Perl, Java, and/or C++ with solid knowledge of data structure and algorithm.
· A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity
· Demonstrated success presenting complex research data (qualitative and quantitative) in a clear and compelling manner that inspires action
· Experience in massive data mining, machine learning, natural language processing, and distributed computing.
· Experience utilizing both qualitative analysis (e.g., content analysis, phenomenology, hypothesis testing) and quantitative analysis techniques (e.g., clustering, regression, pattern recognition, descriptive and inferential statistics)
· Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and drive change, and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations

The goal of a Talent Recruiter is to attract and enlist top talent for the Tapatalk team, serve as the external face of Tapatalk, support our employer brand, and make Tapatalk the best in our business.
• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, selecting, recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
• Serve as external face of the Company. Continually communicate and reinforce the Company brand and culture in the recruiting strategy.
• Represent the Company at career fairs and other recruiting or networking events.
• Work with hiring managers to help identify job requirements, create job descriptions and interview guides, and facilitate the hiring process. Proactively source candidates from a variety of sources.
• Establish and maintain contacts with universities and other recruiting partners.
• Review resumes of applicants; oversee testing of applicants and background checks.
• Prepare job offers; assist with orientation of new employees; ensure appropriate records and statistics are maintained.
