网卡启动报错

用ifconfig em1 up启动网卡
报错：

试试升级内核？下载最新网卡驱动手动编译？

@jamesxu 这个补丁怎么打，我的网卡也是这个型号，内核也是一样。

@webjin 人家 2012 年提交的 BUG，到现在还没解决，估计 2.6.32 这个内核不会解决这个 BUG 的，建议升级内核或者换新系统，比如 CentOS 7 或新版本 Ubuntu 等
