Instapaper Icon图标授权问题

今天收到Instapaper图标设计者Neven Mrgan的邮件，要求更换app icon:

Hi there,

I noticed that your Android application iPaper uses the icon I created for Instapaper:

I'd appreciate it if you immediately replaced this icon with an original icon. Thanks!


但是Instapaper官网上却提示可以使用这些图标：

是不是非改不可了？悲剧了，前几天刚换过来。。已经换了N个图标了

这句话的意思，不是说你可以用这个icon作为自己的app icon

Press kit 是提供给媒体来介绍 Instapaper 用的（「use these icons in press about Instapaper」），或在提供 Instapaper 支持时使用（「when building Instapaper support into an application or website 」）。这里没有任何一个词说明或暗示这个图标是像那些免费图标资源一样可以随便用。
是的，非改不可。

@yava555 app下架了？重新刷了个rom，装软件的时候Market里面就搜不到了……用的很顺手的app呐……

楼主，你压根就不该拿人家软件的 icon 来做自己的用，这是基本常识

当时自己也2了，没有好看Icon，就用上了。

也是自己响应不及时造成的，Neven Mrgan提前发过警告邮件。

@hfharry 又重新发了一个，不过需要从头积累了。目前的图标很扯，正在找人设计。

目前还没考虑广告，以后再说吧: )
