Mac cisco VPN 无法连接，请帮我看下日志

环境：OS X 10.9
在『网络』中配置cisco VPN，填写地址，用户名后，点击『鉴定设置』，之后在连接的时候也提示输入密码，输入之后，密码框小时，但是之后就没有任何反应了，也没有任何提示信息。

但是我试着输入错误的密码时候，密码框不会消失，会反复弹出让我输入。

还有个情况就是，我使用VPNC来连接时，会提示
add net 192.168.9.0: gateway 192.168.9.19
add host 122.144.136.17: gateway 192.168.3.1
add net 192.168.0.0: gateway 192.168.9.19
VPNC started in background (pid: 5331)...
这应该是连接成功了，但是还是死活不能连接
