GAE免费和付费负载能达到多少？

对于类似v2ex这样一个站点，使用GAE，免费资源负载能达到多少？
如果是付费用户，每月￥100元，负载又能到多少？

用IP和PV来描述好了，直观一些。

记得我刚注册时1W PV就CPU超额了，当时我还请求看一下当前负载，可没有满意的公开数据。
后来V2EX做了很多优化，及功能增加，
亟待@livid 公开点数据，好让大家明白在GAE上的成本，毕竟很少有已经付费的GAE应用。
