今晚怎么 V2EX 几乎打不开， sourceforge 也无法下载了

RT，V2ex慢的几乎要等一二十秒钟才能打开，sourceforge也无法下载东西了，自动跳转到sourceforge.net/error-404.html，这是怎么了？

https打开奇慢无比，http还好，但是比昨天几乎秒开http(s)差远了，希望优化
在联通3g下https几乎打不开

的确打不开，加拿大这边 （可以排除了墙的问题），手机访问HTTPS打不开
HTTP没试

但是 www.v2ex.com https 正常
现在貌似都正常了 就在湾区用的 comcast

美国东部，Comcast 网络。打开有的时候非常慢，有的时候速度还行。

但即使是网站几乎打不开的时候，ping 的延时都很稳定
