成功扣费,邮件回复activated,但是帐号直接被注销了!!!!!重新注册居然可以注册!!怎么解决!!!

我今天还换了一张全币种卡呢，把上一张招商的换了，啥都没要我出示，可能是以前激活了吧~

护照也行，再加信用卡扫描件，身份证确实敏感，看字面意思就是要个带照片的证件，社保卡之类的不知道行不行

@sunnyyj 谢谢意见，已经上传了身份证和信用卡的照片。
按照各位的意见，身份证号码前面和后面的几位打了码，住址和签发公安局也打了码，剩下姓名和出生年月日；信用卡账号中间 8 位 和 CVV2 码也打了码。

另外我是传的驾照。美国没有身份证，全用驾照来证明身份的。

我打开上传照片的页面时显示— Your account is already active! —，而且选择按钮是灰色的，这样我是不是不用上传了？

@jianleer 提交客服Ticket,重新注册帐号,重新绑定信用卡,之前扣费的会有退款
