已经注册的Top米显示详细Whois信息，比如：goodboy.top

还未注册的Top米提示 No match，比如：v2ex.top

保留域名则提示禁止注册，比如：story.com
该域名禁止注册，请咨询域名注册服务机构。

问题来了，注册大部分英文Top米提示这个是啥意思？比如：model.top
Name Collision Reservation From ICANN

预定？保留？暂未开放？

暂时没开放，根据经验会在后缀出来60天到90天以后开放

model.top 是ICANN要求保留，但是ICANN早就放开了这么限制，现在就是注册局自行保留而已
