分销商将其自己渠道上的订单导入我司的Magento站点，我司负责发货给终端消费者即分销商的客户

需求
1，订单分为dropship订单和普通订单
2，客户下单时候能选择是dropship订单
3，增加一个客户角色（分销商Distributor），并让分销商有以下权限
1，批量导入订单（xlsx/csv格式）到我们的magento站点，导入的订单属于dropship订单，订单状态默认为pending，之后分销商可以支付这些订单：逐个支付或多选一并支付，选中多个订单支付只用一次性支付所选订单总额，确认收款后，对应的dropship订单状态自动更新为处理中processing，订单状态更新邮件通知：1，通知分销商 [后续2，分销商可选择（可自定义邮件模板和发件人）是否通知其客户]
2，可以导出其创建的dropship订单
3，导出其获得授权的分类的所有产品（包含图片），我司Magento管理员控制各分类权限是否对分销商开放，也可以单独设定每个分销商的权限
4，同步其获得授权的分类和产品到他的Ebay/Amazon/Play/magento/joomla/spotify/opencart站点
5，促销折扣设置可以把分销商角色做为一个条件; 产品定价分销商产品价格可单独设置
4，分销商同步其获得授权的分类和产品到他的Ebay/Amazon/Play/magento/joomla/spotify/opencart站点
5，分销商可选择是否自动导入其Ebay/Amazon/Play/magento/joomla/spotify/opencart站点订单
6，所有这些功能做成一个magento插件
7，将我们的程序由1.7.0.2升级到1.9

Our company plans to focus on drop shipping. Our customers pass their Ebay/Amazon/Play/ or their own sites' orders to our Magento store, then we ship the orders to the end users.

Our needs include:
1, orders be divided into two kinds: drop-shipping-orders and non-drop-shipping-orders
2, in the checkout process, customers can check if the order is a drop-shipping-order
3, add a customer role type as Distributor and give the Distributor the following permissions:
1, import orders(a formatted excel/csv file) into our Magento store as drop-shipping-orders(pending/unpaid), and pay for these orders. He can select one, multiple, or all orders to be paid. (checkout with multiple orders. Distributors pay the total sum of the selected orders, but after payments confirmed all the selected orders status should be changed accordingly e.g. Paid/Processing )
2, export his drop-shipping-orders
3, export his authorized catalog(including related product images). Our magento Admin set which categories all Distributors have access, and can modify a specific distributor's access to different categories.
4, Sync his authorized catalog with his Ebay/Amazon/Play/magento/joomla/spotify/opencart, etc. stores.
5, Distributor role can be used as an factor in Promotion rules and Tier Price setting
