The packet loss seen on KDDI's network is because of the packet loss originating on China Telecom's network.

We wouldn't be able to resolve this as the issue starts at your ISP. You should contact your ISP.

白天到凌晨2点慢的时候20KB，快点80KB，这时段之外满速跑，好蛋疼
也是电信骨干入口那里，可以达到99%丢包
也开了ticket问客服，同样的结果
