计费方式有点意思
Hourly cycle explained:

- "Powered Off" servers are charged only for Storage at $7.0E-5/GB/hour + 0.007$/IP Address/hour.
- "Powered On" server is charged based on the the calculator above. - Server hourly usage is calculated by the minute.

Monthly cycle explained:
- Server includes a Large traffic package to the internet.
- Traffic package is aggregated automatically to all Per Month servers in your account.
- Server is charged until it is terminated.
- Server is charged on the 5th of each month for the service that will be provided on the same month (advance payment).
