Vultr 上的 VPS 挂了居然连个 Email 提醒都没有。。。

在Vultr上的网站突然上不去了，去Vultr一看是stopped状态，点进去manage才看到小小的一句
There is a problem with the machine your VM is hosted on. Our staff are currently investigating, and will have the issue resolved ASAP.
VPS挂了这么重要的事真的不要通知下客户么。连Email都不发不说，在Dashboard的醒目位置放个提醒都不放。。
