Softlayer HKG or TKY

最近IBM销售轮番轰炸，推广香港的机房，说是已经比以前好很多了，延迟很低。
于是我脑子热申请了个月付的。
延迟是不错50多ms
可是下载上传的速度总是不是很好。

mtr看了下，我了个去。 居然先走Tokyo的机房再回HKG1然后HKG2,到TKY之前一条丢包好多。

还不如直接挂Tokyo的机房算了。脑子热月付，取消了也不退款，就当买个教训。特来通知各位。
