Company Description:

WellWing is a startup company with strong focus on commercial application of sUAS. In the past years, we witness the dramatic development of the drone industry, but still, there is significant gap between the current hobby based product and commercial standard demands. With deep understanding to enterprises applications and sUAS market, Welling’s mission is to provide a drone based service platform that can bring direct value to our enterprises and public service agency, making an efficient but safer working environment to all.


Key Qualification:
1. Assembly, C or C++ for embedded systems.
2. Experience interfacing microcontrollers with analog and digital sensors.
3. Working knowledge of one or more communication protocols ( e.g. USB, Bluetooth, Wireless, UART, SPI, I2C ).
4. Experience implementing firmware in bare-metal or RTOS environments.
5. Demonstrated capability in applying software best-practices to firmware designs.
6. Solid board bring-up and debug skills.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Description:
As a RTOS firmware engineer working on many of Drone peripheral devices (Sensors, Board, etc ), you will be expected to:
bring up and debug proof of concept prototypes quickly.
1. Architect, implement, and maintain complex firmware and algorithm designs.
2. Write clean, easy to understand, robust, and sustainable code tailored for embedded systems.
3. Negotiate, specify and document communication protocols, system states, and FW/SW feature requirements with the SW team.
4. Help select microcontrollers, define power management strategies, and review schematics with the HW team.
5. Interface with Other teams to inform and shape their white-box testing.

DJI 业内一哥，产品偏重消费端。我们会专注做自动飞行控制，逐渐打破飞行基本得靠飞手的模式。就着这个初衷，我们也做 DJI 产品的改装和增强。
