jekyll 安装问题，恳请大神支招

1.今天在ubuntu14.04上使用sudo gem install jekyll安装jekyll失败，ruby的版本是1.9.3。
2.在使用sudo apt-get install jekyll安装好jekyll后，jekyll new myblog失败。
有没有人遇到过这种情况，欢迎赐教，感激不尽
