海缆故障

2015 年 10 月 1 日凌晨 4 点左右，中国出国海缆 Trans-Pacific Express （ TPE ，泛太平洋）在 S4 段发生中断（目前 S1S 、 S4 双断）。受到此次故障的影响，目前将会影响部分用户访问 Github 等资源受限。
