今天联通客服突然找来了,虽然他们找错人了,不过既然提起来了就发一下吧。
事由中国联通到 SoftLayer 日本机房的严重丢包和延迟,反馈给 SL 客服后, SL 方面联系了中国联通。以下是客服的最后答复。
Hello,
Chinaunicom has responded with the following:
"This is Chinaunicom as 4837,The first path traffic traversing our network,The high utilization of the band width at Shanghai international exitport caust the issue.Please be informed."
Since this is a network congestion issue on their network there isn't much we can do about it. they are aware, what action they take beyond this is up to them. we really are not in a position to tell them to upgrade their network.
I have set this ticket to close in 4 days, if you have any questions or concerns in the mean time, please let us know by updating this ticket.
