部分区域污染应该只是因为 ISP 的 DNS 缓存，过几天就会全部墙了；
那个 159.106.121.75 是墙污染专用的 IP 。

确认， DNS 污染了。下面是我之前收藏的帖子，里面列了一批 DNS 地址。

不知道怎么上图，试了 3 个 DNS ，分别是
8.8.8.8 nslookup 到的 IP ： 159.106.121.75
178.79.131.110(据上面说是 V2EX 的 DNS) nslookup 到的 IP ： 159.106.121.75
202.38.93.153 （中科大 DNS ） nslookup 到的 IP ： 106.185.33.28
最后修改网络的 DNS 为中科大的，终于可以正常打开网页

那么问题来了
如果真是 V2EX 的 DNS 服务器，为何 V2EX 也中招了。

貌似是某些境外 DNS 的问题。看下面一段的输出，最后两个 wget 是为了我用来测试的服务器在境外。
