Key Qualifications

10+ years experience in server side Java development, RDBMS and No-SQL DBs with progressive responsibility
5+ years hands on management of software development, Dev Ops, Partner Integrations or Reliability engineering teams
5+ years supporting mission-critical, customer facing systems in a 24-7 environment
Expertise troubleshooting complex network, application, OS and database issues across a distributed large scale customer facing system
Logging and Monitoring guru with extensive experience designing, deploying and running systems like Splunk, ELK, New Relic
Passionate about automation
Nice to haves:
Mobile payments experience (EMV Tokenization, APDU/JavaCards, Global Platform 2.2.1)
Encryption and PKI experience (ECC, AES, RSA, PKI)
Configuration management experience with Puppet, Chef, etc
Experience with devops tools, processes, and culture
Background in information security risk management is a big plus
