怎么镜像 maven 的仓库？

• 我们的开发环境是不通外网的；
• 同时我们想使用 maven ；
• Nexus OSS 好像只是一个代理，只有需要的时候，它才会去互联网下载相关的 jar 包。

我在想的是怎么把 https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/ 这个仓库完整的镜像下来啊，这样我就可以在开发环境中直接使用 maven 了。

好像官网给的有教程，然而不会（没成功），于是就 wget -r 了，现在使用时表示稳定- -
