受不了了，联通全线访问 HK SL（ Hosthatch）为何隔三差五完全不通？是被墙了吗？

真的受不了，隔个一两天就无法访问，会持续一天左右， ping.chinaz 显示联通全线都不通，电信和移动一直好好的。

请问这种情况是咋回事，是联通傻逼了？还是间歇性被墙？
我给 Hosthatch 发过 ticket ，把上面两种 traceroute 情况报告过（没有隐去真实 ip ），过了好久他们才回复，回复内容居然是： could you please provide your ip ？我 fvck ……特么地太敷衍，连 ticket 内容都懒得细看。
