MOU 退款？如何执行？

之前很喜欢 MOU ，于是在去年 5 月的时候预付了款项，在去年的时候已经是向作者提出退款要求， paypal 也介入了，但是到现在还是没有退。

请问 v 有没有和我一样的人，有没有办法联系到作者，让作者给个说法？

这里可否公布或者要求人肉这哥么？

钱虽然不多，但连个说法都没有那真的就是令人无语了。

有没有办法进行法律行动？！

啊，大概去年 3 月付款了，然后感觉他们进展缓慢， Paypal 申请退款，几天就直接退给我了。

遇到任何作者，想类似方式上线的，建议对方去众筹平台，这样，项目成功，发兑换码，项目失败，平台退款
有第三方监督比较好

mou 作者就是一脑热类型的，喜欢的时候就去做，喜欢另一种的时候，之前的也就放弃了，这种性格的自己玩玩其实挺好，募捐大家的钱就不好了，拿了钱应该要办事。几年前我就看到他在弄那个悬浮什么的，之后又是搞收藏，现在不知道怎么样了。
