Sr./Lead Software Engineer - 广告投放服务器，高性能，高稳定性

Responsibilities:
• Work with other team members to build a high performance and high stability product.
• Manage a team of software engineers, including task planning and code reviews.
• Share knowledge with more junior team members via a formal mentoring relationship, reviewing code, reviewing design docs, giving technical talks, teaching classes, or as a consultant on projects.
• Work with QA to assure the product quality.
• Work with service team to help client solve the production issues

Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.
• Strong programming capabilities in C\C++, DB design and network programming.
• Experience with large systems software design and development, with extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux.
• Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and technical innovation
• Strong distributed systems and architecture knowledge, and experience with mission-critical systems.
• Strong leader capable of motivating and energizing the very best software engineers, as well as gaining their respect.
• Excellent communication abilities in both Chinese and English
