为何 aria2 不能在 openwrt 中正确下载？

本次测试用 torrent
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/93374194/se.torrent
下载后，保存为 /tmp/se.torrent. 在我的桌面系统上

aria2c /tmp/se.torrent -d /tmp -o se.iso
可以成功下载。

现在进入路由器，在 openwrt 中测试。
aria2c /tmp/se.torrent -d /tmp -o se.iso
Exception caught
Exception: [download_helper.cc:411] errorCode=1 Unrecognized URI or unsupported protocol: /tmp/se.torrent

请问如何解决？
