CCP is looking for a skilled Windows Server Systems Administrator who likes working in a casual, dynamic environment surrounded by some of the most creative minds in the computer gaming industry. This position requires a high level of integrity and trustworthiness in handling confidential information and situations, as well as the ability to concurrently manage various tasks with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support, maintenance and administration for CCP’s game-cluster, and Internet based systems and applications. (Majorly running on Windows Server 2008 / R2)
Be qualified to install, support, secure and maintain Windows Server environments and related software applications.
Have an advanced networking comprehension and customer serviced focus. Cross team collaboration with CCP game development teams, quality assurance teams and other internal/external stakeholders.
Take part in a rotating schedule for 24x7 on-call 3rd level support along with other team members.
This position may require some travel.

Requirements:

Fluent in both oral and written English.
4+ years of experience specialized in systems administration in Windows environments.
MCITP: Server Administrator / Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008 or other relevant technical certificates are advantages.
Experience with the following is highly desirable: DNS, Email, Monitoring systems (Nagios), Webservers (IIS and Web Farm Framework).
Experience with shell scripting and/or PowerShell scripting highly desirable.
Experience with SQL/MySQL database a plus.
2~3 years working experience in Multinational Corporation is preferred.
Possess both the ability and desire to research, suggest, plan and deploy better, more efficient and cost saving technology solutions and IT practices.
Ability to work independently in a proactive manner.
Be able to clearly communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
Bachelor or above, major in Computer Science/Management Information System or equivalent.

CCP正在招募一位有经验的Windows Server系统管理员，你会在一个轻松、活泼的环境中同一群具有创造力的游戏人一起工作。这个职位要求申请者具备可以高度信赖的工作态度与素质以处理虚拟游戏世界系统中的敏感数据，同时也要有能力在有限时间条件下平衡各种任务的优先级别并有效执行。

职责包括：

部署，维护并支持CCP运营环境中的游戏服务器群集、研发环境中的各种游戏实验服务器以及面向Internet的服务器系统与应用。（这些服务器主要运行Windows Server 2008 / R2 服务器系统）

负责Windows Server服务器以及此环境下各种主流服务器软件的安装、管理、故障诊断、性能调优和维护。

与CCP游戏研发团队、质量保证部门等建立良好的沟通合作关系，并为内部与外部游戏研发和运营团队提供优秀的技术支持服务。

此职位需要根据公司安排和全球团队一起提供偶尔出现的紧急情况下24x7的技术支持请求。

此职位偶尔需要出差。

任职条件：

具备流利的英语口语与书面表达能力。

至少拥有四年以上的Windows Server环境的系统管理经验。

持有微软MCITP: Server Administrator / Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008证书或其它相关技术认证优先考虑。

熟悉DNS, Email, 系统监控软件（比如Nagios），Web服务器（比如IIS & Web Farm Framework）技术。

熟悉Windows管理脚本编写或PowerShell脚本编写，以高效率的完成各种系统管理任务。

具备一定SQL/MySQL数据库管理经验优先考虑。

具有2~3年跨国企业工作经验者优先考虑。

具有研究、建议、计划和部署更优越、更有效率、更节约的技术解决方案和IT解决方案的能力和热情。

能够主动地独立工作，具备一种对优秀工作成绩的追求，首当其冲的态度，确保能自始至终地推进项目进展。
