过了半天 客服回复了一封邮件,内容如下 大致翻译了下 :
您的帐户是由于没有答案的授权请求之前关闭。为了激活您的帐户,请附上政府签发证件的照片与链接到帐户只有最后 4 位数字进行审查可见该卡一起
