HostUs 洛杉矶、达拉斯、亚特兰大服务器全线崩溃

目前已知洛杉矶、达拉斯、亚特兰大都崩了，华盛顿、香港等地还是正常的。官网目前也打不开。

确认达拉斯宕机，当中其实也挺稳定的， 934 小时和 1123 小时（中间挂那次是我升级 nginx ），然后这次宕机就不知道是搞什么鬼了
