求问，“符合条件的免费套餐”是每个实例都可以用吗？
例如我每月开销 30G out 流量，在两个不同节点各开一台实例，是否均能免费使用 15G 流量？

@tmdhx 以前是可以的，几个月前的更新后就只允许开俄罗冈的了。
外加 aws 日本不是日本注册的 ip 段，即使可以开通，也应是玩不了的。若是非要自己搭的话，还是找日本本土的服务商。
