As a UI/UX designer you will be crafting and refining user experiences, that make the difference how people use our products on a day to day basis.
Working from a position of great empathy with our users, you will help define and refine business requirements so we are always focusing on the needs of our customers.
You will think holistically about UX Design, spotting connections between current features and those on our longer term roadmap.
Work in Agile product teams and collaborate with technical professionals.
You can transform functional requirements into creative solutions using quantitative and qualitative data.
Your output will be Engineering-ready specifications, wireframes and pixel perfect assets.
You will collaborate across cultures and time zones.
Requirements: Passionate about design, user experience.
At least 3 years of design experience with an emphasis on UX and UI design.
Master of the ‘ tools of the trade ’ like Photoshop, Illustrator and Axure.
Experience with quantitative research and A/B testing.
Experience in Agile (iterative) design processes.
Knowledge of front end processes and techniques such as html, css. Javascript is a plus.
Open to feedback from product manager, developers and QA engineers.
Good communication skills of English is a plus.
