做的英文站引用了其它网站的图片，被老外抓着要版权费了，咋办？

自己做了个英文站玩玩，但是，不知道一个叫啥的 copytrack 网站发现我盗用了一个网站的图片，我当时想想也没啥，直接删了图片不就得了，于是删除后给他邮件回复道歉，结果老外不依不饶，还是要委托 copytrack 收我版权费，下面是他们的回复： Thank you for your reply in this matter.

OK, thanks for your reply, but according to DMCA, the wallpaper is scraped by machine from other webistes, which I even do not know this wallpaper is stored in my server! I have check the wallpaper download record in the backend, and I can make sure the wallpaper is not download by others, the wallpaper is actually exists only a few hours in my server before I deleted it permanently

如果楼主不是在美企业的话，不用担心吃到官司。直接把侵权的产品移除掉。然后不用理他。最坏的情况就是 你所在的 IDC 商会收到一份投诉信，然后把你的服务器下架处理。
之前公司图片也侵权了，人家投诉上门。然后把图片处理掉依旧被投诉。后面直接换了一家抗投诉的服务商，解决。

如果在国外就乖乖删掉图片就行，不然小心他投诉，关你服务器，然后不必理会。。你要觉得过意不去，发个道歉。。

国内服务器或者国外抗投诉服务器，，不鸟他就行。

@seki 刚刚看了这个官网，他们对摄影师之类的版权保护服务是免费的，只需要摄影师的授权。 然后拿到的索赔费用和摄影师按照一定比例分。

我猜你如果没回复，删掉，应该不会再理你吧，回复了应该会被追着不放吧？
但网上海量图片，真的很难算溯源版权，就算想购买都不知道去哪购买。
