求助： Raspberry Pi3 wan 口的静态 IP 能 ping 通， ssh 却 Connection refused

pi3 的 wifi wan 口是设置的静态 IP, eth0 口设置的 DHCP 自动获取。之前一切运行正常，昨天打扫卫生就关了路由器电源，开电源后就这样了。。。

openWrt 路由表正常：

ssh 直接 Connection refused

telnet 也连不上

我试了插上网线，获取不到动态 IP 了，只有 wan 口的静态 IP.之前两个连接都正常。

怎么感觉断电后， pi3 的 22 端口就挂了似的， openssh-server 这个是有安装的，有没有人遇到过这类问题的~
