On Black Friday, you can get this at Best Buy and they'll also throw in TLOU and Ratchet and Clank. At Walmart they appear to be throwing in a 40 dollar store gift card. At Target there will be a Cartwheel deal in conjunction with the 249 price, but not sure what it is yet. At Kohls they throw in a 75 dollar store credit.
*edit* every deal I listed above also includes the 249.99 price. The price itself is for the entire weekend. The extras are apparently Black Friday day only.
