你先看下 lxml 的文档怎么在 windows 下安装 lxml 。然后再装你这个包。然后劝你装个虚拟机，在 Linux 下搞。

@stamaimer lxml 已经安装好了，但是 3.6 版本的，不是 3.5

我会选择使用 wheel 包避免这样的问题（ https://pypi.python.org/pypi/mitmproxy ），
