Your free trial credits were applied to your original billing account: 0045E2-2E3EF8-7DE357. This account was suspended. When this account was suspended, you created a new billing account (003EDD-EE50CE-FA6052) which did not have the free trial credits, free trial credits will only apply to the original billing account opened. This is why you accumulated charges on account (003EDD-EE50CE-FA6052).
In order to re-enable your original billing account and begin using the free trial credits again, you will need to re-enable your original billing account (0045E2-2E3EF8-7DE357).
