let's encrypt 升级失败

我尝试运行/usr/bin/certbot renew --quiet 升级证书，然而提示报错信息如下

是因为阿里的 pip 源木有更新吧。我是这样搞定的:

mv ~/.pip/pip.conf ~/.pip/pip.conf.backup

也可以用清华的 pip 源
