广州移动使用互联互通节点了吗？出国带宽还爽吗？

大家好，小弟近期将要搬屋，新居可能没办法搞到便宜的电信宽带，可能会退而选择移动宽带。请问广州移动现在的网络质量如何，还是访问电信还是依赖穿透吗？到香港节点的网络质量怎样（ ip ： 103.11.103.26 能帮忙 ping 或 traceoute 吗）？
