Chromebook 今天终于升级到 58.0.3029.112 了

The Stable channel has been updated to 58.0.3029.112 (Platform version: 9334.69.0) for most Chrome OS devices. This build contains a number of bug fixes, security updates and feature enhancements. Systems will be receiving updates over the next several days.

If you find new issues, please let us know by visiting our forum or filing a bug. Interested in switching channels? Find out how. You can submit feedback using ‘ Report an issue...’ in the Chrome menu (3 vertical dots in the upper right corner of the browser).

Stable Channel Update for Chrome OS

我用的是稳定分支，但是启用了开发者模式，不过 chrome 还是不够稳定，有时候打开一些网页会当掉，可能是机器的 cpu 较弱。不过 android app 的支持还是挺好的。

有 v2 的同学用 chromebook 的吗？

手上有一台 C720 跑着 Arch Linux 感觉 tn 屏还是太残了

@liaoyaoheng 可以用 shell，就是一些 linux 的命令行，可以获得 root 权限，可以修改 hosts，可以安装外部文件。

@liaoyaoheng 不算是实验室项目吧，开启了可以有更多其他功能吧，比如安装 Arch 双系统

@pandada8 你说的是 Chromebook 呀，我这台触摸屏有时候不好用，而且配置感觉有点不足，毕竟 ARM 的 CPU 似乎不行

买台小米的笔记本试试？我买 Chromebook 的时候，小米还没出，不然我就不买这台了。还要从美国寄回来。

@pandada8 Chromebook 对 UTF8 的支持好像不好，我也不知道为什么，用 vim 编辑文件的时候，中文都乱码。所以我都要迂回地使用 chrome 扩展编辑，保存，再 scp 到服务器

看新闻说，Google 有望在 5 月 28 日发布 Chromebook Pro，且完整支持在 Nougat 平台上运行的 Android 应用。
