和注册商折腾得焦头烂额之后，我突然发现可以试试直接求助 .name 的 registry：VeriSign，于是……

error is related to registry, so after sending so many emails to you
two registrars separately, finally I tried to contact the registry of
".name", VeriSign. VeriSign told me that I should ask my registrars to
contact VeriSign directly.

registrar) and name.com (gaining registrar), at the same time. You can
know each other now, and help me to transfer my domain name, and if
necessary, contact VeriSign together.
