职位 1：Performance Engineer (P1/P2/P3) （ Key:Java/Performance ）
Job Requirements:
• Demonstrable experience with defining and implementing Performance Plan
s across Scalability, Stress and Endurance testing and providing benchmark dat
a for large-scale environments
• Experience in system-level performance tuning
• Broad, in depth understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating
systems, (Windows & UNIX) and databases, (e.g. SQL Server and Oracle)
• Possess a relevant Tertiary qualification, (e.g. Bachelor ’ s Degree in
Computer Sciences or Software Engineering)
• Strong analytical and effective communication skills

职位 2：Principal Software Engineer （ Key: Java/Development ）
Job Requirements:
• 5+ years playing a leading role in designing and developing complex so
ftware systems.
• Expert knowledge in object oriented programming and hands-on experience
in Java/J2EE/Spring.Experience using Apache Lucence/Solr or other full-featur
ed text search libraries.
• Understanding of common algorithms and toolkits. Familiar with Natural
language processing is a plus.
Strong technical skills in web services such as SOAP, REST and XML technologie
s.
• Practical experience with SDLC. Experience with Agile methodology is a
plus.
• Proven collaboration skills in highly technical engineering teams.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills and enhanced probl
em solving skills.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
