jquery xhr failed loading 错误提示

ajax 发送 POST 请求，chrome console 的 log 显示如下错误提示

XHR failed loading: POST "http://localhost:8000/api/v1/register".

而 join.js 第 7 行是：

在 chrome 的 network 下发现请求的http://localhost:8000/api/v1/register状态是 cancel，这是为什么？ 这是什么原因？
